Objective: Individual and group empowerment through interaction between people and horses.
• Team building workshop
• Leadership workshop
• Group dynamics
• Hierarchy and problem solving in the staff
In the workshop: The horse is a social animal with "moods" and a desire for social life while understanding the social hierarchy, similar to humans. The horse has no prejudices and therefore its reactions constitute easy feedback for understanding and introspection in humans. The workshop uses the human-horse interaction as a basis for personal growth and exploring the group's foundations. Because of the built-in herd dynamics in which each horse has a role, assisting horses is a quick way to identify the hierarchy and nuances inherent in the corporate culture. The participant is challenged through tasks with the horse, combining direct and indirect metaphorical activity, role-playing that requires strategic group thinking and navigation in challenges and obstacles to achieve group goals. This develops personal learning and awareness that allows us to identify difficulties in a short time, on the one hand, and the potential inherent in us; the person, the couple, the family, staff, etc.
The workshop provides tools for new behavioral formation that creates better communication in professional and personal relationships. In productivity and growth, it develops creativity and leadership skills and empowers the group and the individual.
